Here's the easy way:

1. Find the Remainder: Start by putting in a percentage. Then, do some math (1 - actual %) to find the extra bit.

2. Use Simple Formulas: Keep it easy with three formulas for three stages (Good, Normal, and Bad). Just use the IF formula to make things fancy.

3. Make the Doughnut Chart: Put all those formulas into a doughnut chart. It looks cool and shows your data in a fun way.

4. Add Colors: Make it pop! Choose colors for each part of the chart, and it'll look amazing.

Now, the fun part – try different percentage values in the input cell. Easy, right?
